Are the in stock quantities accurate? Inventory is updated between 2-4 times on our site daily, and the update comes directly from our supplier's 30 warehouses.  Over 30,000 wholesalers like us have access to the same inventory.  The inventory is not live or updated again until the next sync 6 hours later with our supplier.  Having said that, we are filling approximately 90% of orders within a 5 business day period.   

Where does StockMyCloset source product?  We source our product from Essendant (www.essendant.com), formerly known as United Stationers, who is a national wholesale distributor of office/cleaning supplies, with consolidated net sales of $5.3 billion.  Essendant’s supply chain runs through distributors like StockMyCloset.  Essendant does not sell direct to consumers.  Between two to four times each day, inventory from Essendant’s 30 nationwide warehouses is uploaded to our website.  This occurs as the warehouses are being replenished from the manufacturers.  

Where does my order ship from? Many times orders are being filled from multiple warehouses, so orders may come in several shipments.  The system will attempt to pull from the nearest warehouse to the delivery address first, but in some cases the only way to fill the order may be from a warehouse across the country.  This may cause delays, but orders are being processed.

How long will it take to get a tracking number and/or my product? Many items will ship same day or next day (weekends excluded).  Tracking numbers typically populate within 1-2 business days. 

Backordered items usually ship within 5 business days, but this doesn't include the extremely difficult to grab items like disinfecting wipes and disinfecting sprays.  Your tracking number will not populate and be sent to you until your item is shipped. 

Am I able to edit my order?  Contact us at info@stockmycloset.com, and we'll do the best we can to update your order.  It may turn out that the best course of action is to request it be cancelled via email, and then place a new order.  Be advised that your new order will now be further delayed, and the items you ordered may no longer be in stock. 

Can I cancel my order?  If you would like to cancel your order and receive a refund, please email us at info@stockmycloset.com along with your order number.  If you would only like to cancel backordered items, please let us know that as well.  This allows you to either place a new order for products that may be in stock now or to look elsewhere.  If you would like to keep your order in queue knowing that we’re unsure of the exact timing of when the order will be filled, you do not need to contact us. 

How long does it take to receive my refund? We issue refunds immediately when requested, but it may take up to ten (10) business days (weekends do not count) to post on your credit/bank statement.
